Oversees the Ministry of Rationality - runs the pragmatic school of thought - Straight talker, master negotiator - A necessary warlord for your kill squad.
Nicholas Pegu
A gifted shape whisperer who bends form - A furry red panda armed with a big appetite - from a good roast to heavy design tabloids - He needs both before a battle.

The other Rebel Admiral of the Zeng platoon - On the darkest nights, he turns to his radical vigilante alter ego with the heaviest artillery - The Graffiti Thrower.
