No, the workshops are completely offline.

 

I want to learn about Design. Can I join?

Yes! This is the perfect opportunity for you. If you ever wanted to learn, practice, connect in the field of Design then this is the place for you.

But I don’t have a background in Design education, can I still join?

You definitely can! We encourage people from different fields and backgrounds to come learn and contribute to Design.

 

I will be applying/joining a Design course soon. Will this workshop help me? 

It will be a big help. It will help you get an early bird access to the Design education - you will learn about how the Design community works in-house as well as in the industry.

I have a degree in Design education. What will be my takeaway from this workshop?

This is the perfect place for you to network and connect with new people and also have a fresh new perspective.. If you have been lying latent for some time, or wanted motivation work-wise, the workshops will be a nice starting point in your journey.

I’m not from Guwahati, Assam. Can I join? 

Yes you can. If you haven’t been to Northeast India, this will be a good experience and opportunity for you to travel and learn at the same time! It’s a win-win situation. We will not be providing accommodation to any participants, but we can give you some leads to where you can stay for 10 days.

Will I learn about UI/UX?

No, we will not be focusing on core UI/UX.

What is the duration of the workshop?

The workshop is 10 days long, starting from 10th February and ending on 20th February. The workshops will start from 10 AM sharp, will have a one-hour lunch break from 1 PM, and will wrap up by 5 PM. There will be a day off for participants to rest and reflect.

Do I have to attend the workshop everyday?

It is advisable to attend it daily, so that you don’t miss out on the learning. There will be no recorded sessions.

Do I need to know/have any software for the workshop?

If there is any specific software to be used during the workshop, it will be provided. Once you register, you will receive a list of requirements according to the needs of course. It’s great if you are already acquainted to basic softwares from the Adobe Suite and MS Office Suite. If you have further queries, contact us.
